National Theatre Live

Leyburn Arts & Community Centre is delighted to be able to present this summer two great titles which have previously been screened as part of National Theatre Live. The first of these will be The Audience on Saturday 29 July at 7pm.  Helen Mirren stars in the role of Queen Elizabeth II in the West End production.  The title will be 'as live' and includes Presenter introduction, Documentary, on screen interval and Q and A.  Unmissable.

On Saturday 26 August , also at 7pm, and again with interval, the Royal Opera House production of Giselle with lead dancers Marianela Nunez and Vadim Muntiagirov will be screened.  Giselle, a peasant girl, has fallen in love with count Albrecht, who has told her he is a villager named Loys.  Her discovery of his true identity has devastating consequences.   Another outstanding production.

Full details of both will appear on the website shortly.
